*Free delivery over £75 offer is on orders equal to or greater than £75 before postage is applied. This unfortunately doesn’t include our lovely customers across the waters in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and some areas of the Highlands & Islands.
Order before 11am Monday-Thursday (except bank holidays) for Next Day Delivery on UK* orders. UK orders placed Friday-Sunday and after 11am Monday–Thursday, delivery is estimated between 3-5 working days. Delivery lead times to other countries vary depending on country and carrier, but generally average out as 4-7 workings days for Europe, and 4-10 days for the rest of the World.
*This offer is unavailable for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland. This offer is not available for deliveries outside of the UK.
Delivery shall occur when the company or its carrier arrive at the address given to the company at time of order. Every effort will be made by the company to deliver goods within the period specified by the company, however such dates will not constitute part of the contract.
The company cannot accept responsibility in the event that goods are left as instructed by you without your presence at the time of delivery.
If you fail to accept delivery of goods when delivered the company reserves the right to attempt delivery of the goods at a later date and to invoice you a further delivery charge.
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
